We now convert property prices to popular currencies on Flex websites using the latest exchange rates available:

Developer API updates: MyProperty reference lookup URL, Private Property sync, Flow living

MyProperty lookup

If you use the Sync API you can link your listings with your own reference number on the new MyProperty website as follows:
https://www.myproperty.co.za/?webref=your-reference

 Should there be an enquiry on a listing, the email will also contain your internal reference number and link to the website.


Private Property listing flush

If you are implementing a new Sync listing syndication API project, and have existing listings from a previous system on a portal, you usually request the portal to remove listings and then bulk update everything through the Sync API. The exception was Property24 where you had to supply the existing Property24 ID in the portalListing ID object:

You are now required to follow a similiar process for Private Property and insert the existing listing reference number in the ID field (they are no longer supporting bulk removal of listings).

A brand new portal, Flow Living, is now included as syndication portal for Entegral OMS, Base and Sync clients.

Flow Living is focused exclusively on rental listings and provided free of charge to Entegral clients. Base interactive listing map tool

A new interactive listing mapping tool is now available to Base clients.
It allows you to apply filters and view your listings on in interactive map.
This is a great way to see where certain listings (e.g. sales, rentals or sold properties) are listed. You can also use the other filters, e.g. price range or filter listings for a specific agent. Map markers are colour coded and shows the exact location you've geocoded for the listing in Base:



To access, go to your listing dashboard and select the 'Interactive Map' tool.

The mapping tool is currently in beta mode in order for us to evaluate usage and associated costs.
